For defective products under normal use conditions, we provide free replacement services within 3 months. Customers need to provide the corresponding product model, quantity, order number, PI number, and provide a description, pictures or videos of the defective condition. Once confirmed, we will immediately start the replacement process:
A. Customers need to get RMA number from us.
B. If the customer returns the defective product, try to use the original package and pay the freight.
C. After receiving the defective product, we will send out the replacement within 1 week and pay the shipping cost.
A. We are not responsible for the defects caused by customer's wrong operation or improper use
B. We are not responsible for any defects caused by transportation.
C. We are not responsible for the defects caused by force majeure such as natural disaster
D．Other unfinished matters will be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties
