Order&Delivery
A. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
HK DAKINGS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED appreciates every order that represents the trust of customers. We will carefully evaluate the order requirements and terms, and combine the current actual situation to decide whether to execute or abandon the order. Perfect execution is our eternal goal, but please believe that occasional abandonment is also for protecting and supporting our customers.
B. PROCESSING
We usually give feedback within 1-2 working days after receiving the order, and confirm with customer the details and whether it is executable. For executable orders, we will prepare materials or arrange production at once, after the customer has paid for the goods, the delivery will be arranged as soon as possible.
C. PACKAGING
In addition to the original packaging of the product, we usually use bubble cotton or sealed bags for repackaging, and put them in corrugated boxes for delivery. If customers have special packaging requirements, we support paid customization.
D. DELIVERY
Our delivery cycle is usually 2-3 weeks, which depends on the type, quantity and complexity of the product, as well as the supply of materials in the market. For uncontrollable factors, we will inform the customer as soon as possible after evaluation.
Our quotation terms are usually based on FOB SHENZHEN. We have many long-term logistics partners, such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS. Customers can arrange their own logistics companies to deliver goods, or they can pay for us to arrange delivery.
